Ingredients :


MOUROLA Fish (Small fish)- 250gm

Mustard oil - 4tsp

Mustard Seed - 1tsp

Poppy Seed - 1tsp

Green Chilli - 4-5

Salt - 1 tsp

Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp

Black cumin - 1/4th tsp


How to cook :


1.And also wash the fish, marinate with 1/2 teaspoon.of salt plus a pinch of turmeric powder. Keep aside until use. Peel and cut the potato (like French fry) and absorb water for 10 mins. Drain and aside. Put garlic clove clove paste in the bowl. With this add turmeric,chilly,cumin,coriander powders and 1/2 cup water. Mix well and also the masala mix aside.


2.Heat oil in the fry pan, when hot decrease the heat. Group fishes into 4 batches. Fry each batch into light brown on sides. Get rid of the fried fishes within the oil, keep aside.


3.Add kalonji inside the remaining oil, fry for a few seconds. Add potato and onion, stir fry for two main minutes. Add tomato,saute for two main minutes. Then add masala mix, saute prior to the raw give an impression of the masala beeps. Add 11/2 portions of water and salt, let it provide boil. Then add fried fishes and slit eco-friendly chilly and cooking till all the water evaporates. Remove pan from heat, add coriander leaves. Cover the pan and supply 10 mins standing time.


The tasty Mourala fish is ready, serve with hot steamed Grain.
