Peyaji, onion fritters, Onion Bhaji , How to make Peyaji, Bengali Peyaji

Ingredients : ( For 2 Person)
Onion - 4 pieces (Big & Chopped)
Besan - 4tsp
Green Chilli - 5 (Finely Chopped)
Ajowan /Bishop's Weed - 1/2 tsp
Black Cumin - 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Vegetable Oil - 8 tsp

How to make it :

Mix all above ingredients well and then make small pieces of the mixture. Put vegetable oil in a pan or kadai heat it up well and drop the small pieces of the mixture in the heated oil. As they fry turn them well so they dont get over fried on a side. As they fries properly on both the side bring them out in a plate and place them in plate or serving dish with proper decoration. Decorate with lemon and pudina patta if you want and do give tomato sauce home made or purchased from market. It will give the additional touch in the recipe. Always remember food you cook should be served with decoration as that double's taste and gives a good and smart appearance of the food as well.
